Prepare a budget for use by the Student Government (AY2016/17) and design it to accommodate dramatically increased government spending in line with the government vision of a culture of care while still being as efficient as possible. Ensure proportionally equitable distribution of government finances to all directorships, and secure a government budget surplus – a first in government budgetary history.
